摘  要:研究硒酸软骨多糖对Hca-F实体瘤组织凋亡相关抗体表达情况的影响。以615近交系小鼠右脚垫皮下注射肝癌细胞Hca-F建立实体瘤动物模型,设空白组、模型组、治疗组和预防组,检测小鼠肿瘤的生长以及硒酸软骨多糖对Hca-F实体瘤Bcl-2蛋白、细胞因子CyclinD1和p21蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白表达情况的影响。结果表明,硒酸软骨多糖对小鼠的肿瘤生长有抑制作用;治疗组和预防组Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率显著低于模型组,治疗组和预防组的CyclinD1、MMP-9和MMP-2蛋白的阳性表达率较模型组相比显著降低,而p21则显著升高。通过对Hca-F实体瘤组织凋亡相关蛋白表达的检测,说明硒酸软骨多糖能够有效地抑制小鼠肿瘤的生长,能够在一定程度上预防癌症的发生,对癌症的治疗有一定的效果。The effect of selenic acid cartilage polysaccharide (CA-Se) on the apoptosis related protein expression in Hca-F solid tumor tissue was investigated with solid tumor mouse model established by injecting Hca-F hepatoma cells into the fight axilla of 615 inbred mice. Mice were divided into four groups, control group, model group, treated group and prevented group. The effect on expression of Bcl-2, Cyclin D1, p21, MMP-2 and MMP-9 proteins in Hca-F solid tumour tissue by CA-Se were studied by measuring the tumor growth. Result showed the Bcl-2 protein expression rates in treated group and prevented group were much lower than those in the model group and The Cyclin D 1, MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein expression rates in treated group and prevented group were also much lower than those in the model group, while the p21 protein expression rates in treated group and prevented group were much higher than that the model group. It was concluded that CA-Se can inhibit the mice tumor growth and lower the incidence of cancer.
