下颌阻生齿形态分析及其临床意义

摘　　要：分析了468个离体下颌第三磨牙阻生齿的牙冠与牙根形态，结果表明：随牙冠周径、高度、牙尖数的增加，牙根数目增加，异常根尖数亦增加。牙冠近远中径大于颊舌径，双根和多根牙占82％。认为牙冠形态的分析对部分阻生齿在没有X线辅助了解牙根数及根长的情况下，设计合理的手术方案．进行正确拔牙术，有重要临床价值。In this paper, the 468 mandibular im pacted teeth were analysed from the morph of their crown and root. The results showed when the size, the height of crown and the numbers of cones dental increased,the numbers of root and the abnormal rootend increased sa well. As the distance of mesial and distal of crown was louger than that of buccal and lingual, the occurrence of root branched was 82 %.This study has important value on designing of reasonable operation and taking extraction dental, under the condition that the numbers and the length ofroot parts of impacted teeth are not clear without the help of X-ray.
