CA242和CA19-9与CEA联检在消化道肿瘤总检率的比较

摘　　要：目的血清CA242与癌胚抗原(CEA)和CA19-9与CEA联检消化道不同疾病检出率的比较。方法采用间接ELISA法测定消化道恶性肿瘤患者86例血清CA242与CEA和CA19-9与CEA联检,并与消化道疾病患者86例和体检健康者50例进行对照。结果CA242与CEA在肿瘤组的检出率分别为43.02%和46.51%,两者联合检测的总检出率为66.28%,其中胃癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌、直肠癌、肝癌敏感性由高至低依次为69.23%,68.75%,62.50%,61.54%,60.00%。CA19-9与CEA在肿瘤组的检出率分别为45.35%和44.19%,两者联合检测的总检出率为73.25%,其中胰腺癌、胃癌、直肠癌、结肠癌、肝癌敏感性依次为87.5%,76.92%,69.23%,68.75%,60.00%。两组联合检测均明显高于2个对照组。结论血清CA242与CEA联合检测均可提高消化道恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性,而CA19-9与CEA对消化道恶性肿瘤敏感性更明显。Objective Blood serum CA242 and cancer embryo antigen （CEA） and CA19-9 and CEAjoint inspect digestive tract different disease detection rate comparison, Methods Uses indirect ELISA law determination digestive tract malignant tumor patient 86 blood serum CA242 and CEA and CA19-9 and CEA the joint inspect, and 86 and the physical examination healthy persons 50 carries on the comparison with the digestive tract disease patient. Results CA242 and CEA in the tumor group＇s detection rate respectively are 43.02% and 46.51%, both union examination＇s total detection rate is 66.28%, the stomach cancer, the colon cancer, the cancer of the pancreas, Rectal Cancer, liver cancer sensitivity are 69.23%,68.75%,6 2.50%,61.54%,60.00% in turn from high to low. CA19-9 and CEA in the tumor group＇s detection rate respectively are 45.35% and 44.19%, both union examination＇s total detection rate is 73.25%, the cancer of the pancreas, the stomach cancer, Rectal Cancer, the colon cancer, liver cancer sensitivity are 87.5%,76.92%,69.23%,68.75%,60.00% in turn. Two groups unite the examination obviously to be higher than 2 control groups. Conclusion Clear CA242 and the CEA union examination may enhance the digestive tract malignant tumor diagnosis the sensitivity, but CA19-9 and CEA are more obvious to the digestive tract malignant tumor sensitivity.
