摘 要:目的了解三甲医院合同护士职业压力的特点,分析影响合同护士职业压力的因素。方法以护士工作压力量表和自行设计的一般情况调查表随机调查某三甲医院的235名合同护士,并以125名正式护士作为对照组。结果合同护士工作压力得分为(85.32±20.49),压力源排首位的是工资及其他的福利待遇低,且与正式护士比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),不同科别、选择护理工作的原因、对目前所在科室的态度、工作满意度、改行的态度、对收入的满意程度、夜班次数的合同护士的工作压力得分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论合同护士工作压力属中度,排压力源首位的是工资及其他的福利待遇低。对工作的满意度、对所在科室的态度、对收入的满意程度、主观支持对合同护士工作压力有比较明显的影响。Objective To know the contract nurses' professional pressure features in one 3A hospital, and analyze the factors of influencing the contract nurses' professional pressure. Methods 235 contract nurses were randomly investigated by a nurse working stress scale and a self-designed general information questionnaire. Another 125 registered nurses were regarded as the controls. Results The score of contract nurses' working pressure was ( 85.32 ±20.49), with low wage and other welfare for ranking first in priority. There was a statistical meaning compared to the registered nurses ( P 〈 0.05). The difference had statistical meanings in the scores of different departments, reasons for selecting the nursing work, attitude to present department, work satisfactory, attitude for switching to another trade, satisfaction degree of wage, numbers of night shift among the contract nurses (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The contract nurses' working pressure belongs to the middle level. The stressors for ranking first in priority are low wage and other welfare. Attitude to work, attitude to present department, satisfaction degree of wage and objective support have obvious inflences to contract nurese' working pressure.
