摘 要:采用饱和D最优设计方法,研究了高压静电场强与作用时间对唐古特大黄种子萌发能力的影响。结果表明:在促进种子萌发和提高种子活力上,电场强度起着主要作用;当场强为270.4~612.8 KV/cm,作用时间27~50m in时,可明显促进种子的萌发能力。By applying saturated D optimal design method, the effect of high-voltage electrostatic field strength and function on Rheum tanguticum seed germination and vigor were studied. The results show that the intensity of electric field plays a key role in the improvement of seed germination and seed vigor. When the electric field intensity is 212.6 - 687.7 KV / cm, with the function time of 27. 5 - 53.5min, seed germination and vigor are promoted significantly.
