摘 要:对2~16周龄的湖北白鹅进行屠宰测定,观测了免疫器官、消化器官的生长发育规律。结果表明,湖北白鹅父系、母系鹅的活重、屠体重、全净膛重分别在2~4周龄、4~8周龄表现出明显生长优势,16周龄的屠宰率为86.23%~94.43%,全净膛率为70.22%~77.33%;鹅的免疫器官在8周龄开始退化;食道、肝脏的增长优势出现在4~8周龄,肌腺胃、小肠、盲肠、直肠的增长优势出现在2~4周龄。相关分析结果表明,鹅的活重与屠体重、全净膛重、肌腺胃重、小肠长、肝脏重以及屠体重与全净膛重、肌腺胃重、肝脏重有着极显著的相关(P<0.01)。In order to study the growth and development pattern of tissues and organs of Hubei white goose, some 2-16 weeks old white geese were selected to identify slaughter charaters. The result showed that geese got obvious developing advantage in living weight, carcase weight and eviscerated geese weight at 2-4 and 4-8 weeks old for father and mother family respectively. The slaughter ratio was 86.23%-94.43% and the ratio of eviscerated geese was 70.22%-77.33% for 16 weeks old geese. Geese immunity organs started to retrograde at 8 weeks old, and the developement of digestive organs such as stomach, cecum and rectum were very fast at 2-4 weeks old. The analyse of correlation showed that there was significant difference between living weight and carcase weight, eviscerated geese weight and stomach weight, etc.
