摘  要:目的:探讨Prader-Willi综合征(PWS)病人营养治疗方法。方法:对4例PWS病人进行个体化控制总热量的低脂饮食干预,观察其对体质量变化和血糖、血脂水平的影响。结果:经个体化营养干预后(21~60 d),病人体质量减轻0~3.5 kg,快速增加体质量的趋势得到控制,其中3例并发糖尿病、高脂血症的病人,血糖和血脂异常得到明显改善。结论:采取控制总热量的低脂饮食治疗,对PWS病人有控制体质量快速增长的作用,并有助于改善病人血脂和血糖异常,而分餐和正餐间加餐,则有助于控制已有糖尿病者的餐后血糖。Objective : To seek an appropriate diet therapy for Prade-Willi syndrome (PWS) patients. Methods : Four cases of PWS patients were followed up in our hospital during 1997-6 to 2007-6 . These patients accepted energy and fat limited diet. The body weight, blood glucose and lipid profile were observed. Results : The reduction of body weight was between 0 -6.25% after diet therapy. There was significant improvement of postprandial blood glucose (PBG), HbAlc, total cholesterol(TC) , triglycerides(TG) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-c) in 3 cases with DM and hyperlipemia. Conclusion : Tile energy and fat limited diet is effective to slow down the increasing of body weight in the PWS patients. It can also improve the metabolic condition of serum lipid and glucose in PWS.
