摘　　要：用面向对象方法提出了一类变结构ＭＩＳ的开发模式和相应的工具系统，分析了需求变化的原因并提出解决策略．在此基础上构造了ＭＩＳ开发工具ＤＵＴＭＩＳ：这种模式可在较大范围内适应需求的变化，从而大大减少开发费用和维护工作量．This paper presents a development mode and the correspoding tool system on a kind of restructured MIS using Object-Oriented method. It analyses the reasons resulting in unstable request and presents the measures to deal them. On this basis, authors construct MIS developing tools named DUTMIS which can adapt request changes on a large scale, therefore reduce the development cost and the maintenance workload. 
