摘　　要：目的:探讨光学相干断层扫描(OCT)在视网膜疾病诊断中的应用。方法:采用Zeiss-Humphrey OCT3仪,检测2007年11月—2008年7月在本科住院的168例视网膜疾病患者。结果:168例患者中25例黄斑裂洞;11例糖尿病视网膜病变;68例黄斑变性;10例中心性视网膜炎;25例眼外伤;4例视网膜血管病(2例视网膜中央动脉阻塞,2例视网膜中央静脉阻塞,2例分支静脉阻塞);10例视网膜脱离;15例高度近视,在OCT的检测结果中都有相应的形态改变。结论:OCT在眼科疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、病情监测及对其发病机制的分析研究等方面均有重要的应用价值。Objective： To evaluate efficacy of optical coherence tomography （OCT） in the diagnosis of retinal diseases. Methods： We reviewed 168 patients with retinal disease who were hospitalized and underwent an OCT by Zeiss -Hump hrey OCT3 in our department between Nov. 2007 and July 2008. Results：Of 168 patients, there was 25 cases of macular hole split, 11 diabetic retinopathy, 68 macular degeneration, 10 central retinitis, 25 ocular trauma, 4 retinal vascular disease, 10 cases of retinal detachment; 15 patients with high myopia. Conclusions： OCT is useful for the diagnosis and monitor of ocular diseases.
