摘　　要：实验教学是人才培养计划的重要组成部分。建立科学合理的实验教学管理体制和运行机制,充分利用有限的教学资源,保证和提高实验教学质量,既是高等学校教育教学改革的重点和热点,也是培养基层应用型合格人才的必然要求。课题组根据基层应用型人才培养目标要求,在实验教学管理体制和运行机制改革、实验教学体系建设、实习基地建设、学生创新精神和实践能力培养等方面作了探索与实践。Experiment teaching is the important part of talent raising plan. Establish scientific and reasonable experiment teaching manage system and running system, making the best use of limited teaching resource, ensuring and improving experiment teaching quality, which is the emphases and hotspot of college education and teaching innovation, and also is the necessarily request of raising basic using talented qualified person. The topic-based group explored and practiced based on the goal of basic using talented person in experiment teaching manage system and running system innovation, experiment teaching system building, practice base building, students＇ innovation sprit and practice ability raising etc.
