摘　　要：随着世界经济的一体化,各国经济不断融合与发展,各国之间的对外贸易往来也越来越密切。进出口商如果没有正确选择结算方式,可能使进出口方收不到货物或货款,甚至钱货两空。为了最大限度的维护自己的利益,如何正确选择贸易结算方式已经成为当今世界贸易实际操作中值得关注的问题。本文分析了影响外贸企业选择国际结算方式的因素,并提出了相应的建议。With the integration of the world economy, the mergence and development of the economy in all of the countries, the international trade has become closer and closer among countries. It is possible for importers and exporters to fail to collect the money or the goods if they couldn＇t choose the correct settlement methods. To safeguard their own interest to the maximum, it has become a problem worthy of concern in the practical operation of the world trade how to select the international payment methods. The paper analyzes the factors affecting the selection of the international settlement and sets forth some corresponding suggestions.
