摘　　要：开展船舶工业竞争情报研究工作是舟山船舶企业健康发展的需要。文章在分析舟山船舶企业现状的基础上,提出依托浙江海洋学院开展舟山船舶工业竞争情报研究工作的设想,并从实际操作上提出具体的对策。Zhoushan City is one of the most important coastal modem shipbuilding and repairing base, therefore, this article analyzes the current situation of shipbuilding enterprises in Zhoushan, and points out that competitive intelligence has become the bottleneck that restricts the development of shipbuilding enterprises in Zhoushan. The paper then proposes that the competitive intelligence research on Shipbuilding industry competition in Zhoushan is the key strategy to solve the problems, and offers some countermeasures than could be taken in the practical operation.
