摘　　要：本文以教育经济学理论为基础,结合网络成人教育的具体特点,从网络教育成本分析的意义、成本分类及构成、成本核算、成本函数模型及成本收益分析等方面对网络成人教育成本进行分析和探讨,结果表明网络成人教育与传统成人教育相比具有较明显的成本优势,网络教育对于促进我国教育事业的发展具有重要意义。From the mid-1990＇s to nowadays, adults education of network-based environment has become increasingly popular, network colleges of on-line education has been set up. Accounting and analysis on the cost of the network adult education, which are not only the focus of measuring the network colleges cost-effectiveness, but also the guide of school management. Combined with the specific characteristics of the network adult education., discussion and analysis on the adult education network costs, based on the education-economic theory, from the angle of analysis on the significance of education costs, classification and composition of cost, cost accounting,cost function model and cost-benefit analysis, Compared with the Traditional adult education, the results show that the network adult education has more obvious cost advantage.The network education for the promotion of the development of education in China is of great significance.
