摘 要:建立1130型柴油机机体、曲轴、飞轮、气缸盖等主要组件的有限元模型,施加合理的边界条件和载荷后,通过非线性接触分析后得到在预紧工况和工作工况下各组件的应力分布、缸盖螺栓张力的变化、气缸垫片压力的变化、轴承孔接触力分布等信息。计算结果表明,该机体的整体应力水平不高,气缸垫片具有足够高的压力,满足燃烧室的密封要求。有限元计算为柴油机的整机结构改进、性能强化等提供了合理有效的解决方法。A FEA model of main components of model 1130 diesel engine, including block, crankshaft, flywheel, cylinder head, was developed. By applying reasonable boundary conditions and loads, a nonlinear contact analysis was performed, and much worthful information, such as the stress distribution of each component, the tensile force variation of cylinder head bolt, the pressure variation of cylinder head gasket, the contact force distribution of bearings, were obtained at prestress work condition and normal work condition. The analysis results show that the block has lower stress level, and the cylinder head gasket has an enough ability for sealing. FEA is a better solution for structure design and performance improvement of diesel engine.
