摘  要:目的:探讨体外分离培养人眼结膜上皮细胞治疗睑球粘连的方法。方法:睑球粘连患者27例27眼,术前2周取其健眼穹窿部结膜1mm×1mm剪成0.5mm×0.5mm后种植于羊膜上体外培养,术中彻底切除粘连的瘢痕组织,将结膜上皮植片移植于结膜创口。观察结膜上皮细胞的生长特性。结果:接种在羊膜上的结膜组织,8d左右融合成膜状,细胞为复层上皮细胞。术后所有患者自觉症状明显好转,眼球活动自如,结膜移植片与周围组织完全融合,未发生排斥反应。结论:体外分离培养结膜上皮细胞治疗睑球粘连是一种理想的好方法。Objective To explore the method of human eonjunetival epithelial cells euhured in vitro treating symblepharon. Methods 1 mm × 1 mm size of eonjunctival epithelium, whieh was gotten from the conjunetival of fornix in the healthy side of eye in 27 patients (eaeh had one eye with symbiepharon) 2 weeks before surgery, was cut into 0.5 mm × 0.5 mm size and then planted and eultured on human amniotie membrane. The sear tissue were removed completely in eyes with symhlepharon, where the cultured conjunetival epithelium was implanted. The growth feature of the implanted conjunctival epithelium cells was observed. Results The conjunctival epithelium planted on amniotic membrane integrated into membranous stratified epithelium 8 days after plantation. Symptoms turned well, ocular movement turned normal, implanted conjunctival epithelium was completely integrated with surrounding tissue. There was no immune rejection occurred.
