摘　　要：目的探讨安徽省农村育龄妇女婚姻质量与生殖健康行为的关系,为进一步促进农村妇女生殖健康水平及提高婚姻质量提供参考依据。方法通过分层整群抽样方法,采用Olson婚姻质量测量量表结合自制生殖健康行为问卷,对1380名已婚育龄妇女进行面访,应答率为88.4%。结果调查对象的平均年龄为(22.72±2.38)岁,初婚年龄为14～32岁,婚姻质量各因子与性卫生、性伴交流存在一定的关联。文化程度与婚姻质量、生殖健康行为均呈正相关;而初婚年龄则与2者均呈负相关;性伴交流和性卫生行为均与婚姻质量呈正相关。结论帮助妇女营造良好的婚姻关系,有助于提高她们的生殖健康水平。Objective To explore correlations between marital quality and reproductive health-related behaviors among women of childbearing age in rural of Anhui.Methods Olson marital quality scale and inventory about reproductive health-related behavior were used.With stratified sampling,1 380 women wiht a response rate of 88.4% were surveyed by interviewers at the respondents＇ households.Results The avrage age of interviewees was 22.72±2.38.Marital quality showed a positive relationship with behaviors on sex hygiene and sexual issue communication.Well educated and young women had relatively higher scores on marital quality and reproductive health-related behavior.Conclusion Statistically significant relationships were found between marital quality and reproductive health-related behaviors,suggesting that future interventions should take marital quality improvement into account.
