摘　　要：激光治疗黄斑穿孔后视力如何?迄今报导甚少。为此,我们对134眼黄斑穿孔者,在红宝石激光治疗前后观察其视力情况,发现激光治疗后视力增进者为60.45％,保持不变者为29.85％,其增进及保持的总比率为90.3％。 对118眼进行远期观察,期限最长者为9年,发现其视力再增进者为45.76％。因此,我们认为:激光治疗对患者的视力恢复也是良好的。How many vision are the eyes after the laser treatment of the macular hole? It is very few about this report up to now. For this reason, we have observed 134 eyes vision before and after the laser treatment of the macular hole. We have found that the vision was increased in 60.45% and maintained in 29.85%. The rate of increase and maintenance is 90.3%.The vision of 118 eyes have been observed for a long time, 9 years is the longest time. We have found that the vision more increased in 45.76%. Therefore, We think that the resurrection of vision is also nice after the laser treatment.
