摘 要:目的更好地开发利用多茎委陵菜(Potentilla multicaulis Bunge.)药用植物资源。方法对多茎委陵菜体积分数为70%的乙醇提取物利用AB8大孔吸附树脂吸附、水及不同质量分数的乙醇梯度洗脱和反复硅胶柱色谱分离纯化;通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为没食子酸(gallic acid,1)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,2)、槲皮素(quercetin,3)、2-吡咯酮(2-pyrrolidone,4)、2,4-二羰基氢氮杂卓(1H-azepine-2,4(3H,5H)-dione,dihydro,5)、β-谷甾醇(β—sitosterol,6)β-胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol,7)。结论化合物4、5为首次从委陵菜属植物中分离得到,化合物1~7均为首次从多茎委陵菜中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents Of whole plant of Potentilla multicaulis Bunge. Methods The constituents of the 70% ethanol extract of the whole plant of Potentilla multicaulis Bunge. were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods. The structures were confirmed on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as gallic acid ( 1 ), oleanolic acid ( 2 ), quercetin ( 3 ), 2-pyrrolidone ( 4 ), 1H-azepine-2,4 ( 3H, 5H) -dione, dihydro-( 5 ) ,β-sitosterol ( 6 ) ,β-dancosterol (7). Conclusions Compounds 4 and 5 are isolated from Potentilla for the first time;compouds 1 -7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
