摘  要:利用抗和感黑胫病的白肋烟品种Burley37(P1)、Burley67(P2)配制F1代经花药培养获得的DH群体,进行了黑胫病抗性的遗传分析。将P1、P2和DH群体连续两年种植并人工接种黑胫病(Phytophthora parasiticavar.nicotianae)0号生理小种,同时调查发病率和计算病情指数,并采用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分析法对黑胫病抗性进行遗传分析,估算DH群体的其他遗传参数。结果表明:黑胫病发病率和病情指数分别由2对具有互补作用的主基因+多基因(E-1-7)和2对具有等加性作用的主基因+多基因(E-1-3)控制;主基因遗传率分别为54.14%和50.68%;多基因遗传率分别为26.60%和19.31%;多基因有效因子数分别为0.61个和1.31个。因此,白肋烟黑胫病抗性主要由2对主基因及多基因控制。在育种实践中,烟草品种对黑胫病抗性的遗传相对比较稳定,但温度和湿度等环境因素在一定程度上也影响该病的发生与流行。The inheritance of resistance to tobacco black shank was analyzed with an invitro anther cultured doubled haploid (DH) population derived from F1 plants of the cross between hurley tobacco varieties Burley 37 (P1, resistant variety) and Burley67 (P2, susceptible variety). Black shank incidences were investigated in the P1, P2 and DH population inoculated with race 0 Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae in 2 consecutive years, and disease indexes were calculated. The resistance to black shank was analyzed with the major gene and polygene mixing inheritance model on the basis of plant' s quantitative character, and other genetic parameters of the DH population were also estimated. The results showed that black shank incidence and disease index were controlled by 2 pairs of complementary major genes plus polygene (E - 1 - 7) and 2 pairs of equally additive major genes plus polygene ( E - 1 - 3) , respectively. Heritability values of major genes were 54.14% and 50. 68% , and those of polygenes were 26. 60% and 19. 31% , the number of efficiency factor of polygenes was 0.61 and 1.31, respectively. Therefore, the resistance to black shank of burley tobacco was conditioned dominantly by 2 pairs of major genes and polygenes. The heritance of resistance to tobacco black shank in tobacco cultivars is relatively stable in breeding practice. However, environmental factors, including temperature and humidity, also have some influences on the occurrence and epidemic of tobacco black shank.
