基因重组hNK4对Hela等多种肿瘤细胞生长侵袭抑制研究

摘　　要：目的该实验研究不同浓度的rhNK4因子对多种肿瘤细胞生长侵袭能力的影响。方法通过基底膜侵袭实验检测并分析基因重组NK4对人宫颈癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌等肿瘤细胞体外的抑瘤侵袭性。结果实验证明rhNK4因子对人卵巢癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌细胞有明显的抑瘤侵袭性,对人卵巢癌细胞、宫颈癌细胞、人乳腺癌细胞和人膀胱癌细胞的抑制率分别为48.2%,29.6%,,58.4%和30.1%。结论基因重组NK4因子具有抑制人宫颈癌、乳腺癌等多种肿瘤细胞侵袭的能力,有较强的抑瘤侵袭性。[Objective] To study the effect of rhNK4 at different concentrations on invasion of multiple tumor cells. [Methods] The invasive capacity of human ophoroma eells, human eervieal cancer cells, breast cancer eells, and human bladder cancer cells was evaluated by reconstituted basement membrane invasion assay. [Results] rhNK4 factor suppressed human oophoroma cells, human cervical cancer cells, breast cancer cells, and human blad- der eancer cells that invaded the reconstituted basement membrane by 48.2%, 29.6%, 58.4% and 30.1%. [Conclusion] rhNK4 faetor can inhibit the invasion of multiple tumor cells.
