摘　　要：目的研究p70 S6K信号通路激活在黏液表皮样癌发生中的作用。方法检测p70 S6K在30例口腔黏液表皮样癌、15例正常口腔组织中的表达。结果免疫组织化学结果显示,和正常组织相比,黏液表皮样癌中p70 S6K的表达增加。结论口腔黏液表皮样癌p70 S6K的表达增加可能是介导黏液表皮样癌发生的主要机制之一。Objective To study and to observe the expression of p70 S6K signal pathway in oral mucoepidemoid carcinoma. Methods p70 S6K was examined by means of immunohistochemical staining test. Results The expression level of p70 S6K in oral mucoepidermoid carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that of the group of normal tissue by immunohistocbemical staining. Conclusion Higher expression of p70 S6K may be involved in the pathogenesis of oral mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
