中药活脑康对脑缺血大鼠脑组织中P38和TGF—β1表达的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药活脑康对脑缺血大鼠脑组织中突触素P38和TGF—β1表达影响的实验研究。方法用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型；应用SABC免疫组化染色法观察脑组织中P38和TGF-β1的表达。结果P38和TGF－β1在正常脑神经细胞中均呈弱阳性表达，脑缺血后P38和TGF－β1的表达量均明显增强（与正常对照组相比，P〈0．01）；中药活脑康对缺血脑组织中P38和TGF—β1的表达有上调作用（与模型组相比，分别为P〈0．01和P〈0．001）。结论中药活脑康可能是通过增加P38和TGF—β1的表达，从而减少脑细胞的凋亡，促进突触再建，增强和完善再建突触效能发挥脑保护作用。Objective To observe effects of traditional Chinese medicine huonaokang on the expression of P38 and TGF -β1 of rats with cerebral ischemia injury. Methods Focal cerebral ischemic model of cerebral middle artery occlusion was duplicated with nylon thread. The expression of P38 and TGF-β1 were determined by SABC immunohistochemieal method. Results No significant P38 and TGF -β1 expression was detected in control group. After cerebral ischemia injury, the expression of P38 and TGF- β1 were increased （compared with control group, P 〈0.01 ）. huonaokang increased the expression P38 and TGF-β1 obviously （contrary to isehemic group, P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0. 001, respectively）. Conclusion huonaokang showed significant increase to the expression of P38 and TGF -β1, which might be the mechanism of protecting ischemic injury of brain tissue.
