改良济川煎治疗结肠慢传输型便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察改良济川煎治疗慢传输型便秘（STC）患者的临床疗效，将109例STC患者随机分为治疗组54例，对照组55例。治疗组口服中药改良济川煎，对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利，疗程均为4周，观察临床疗效。结果显示，治疗组临床总有效率为90．7％，对照组为83；6％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，改良济川煎治疗STC能明显改善患者的临床症状，疗效良好。One hundred and nine patients with colonic slow transit constipation（STC） were randomized into two groups.54 received decoction of improved Jiehuan prescription（the decoction group） and 55 received mosapride citrate（the controlled group） so as to observe the curative effects of this decoction. The treatment course in the two groups was all 4 weeks. Results showed that the total effective rate in the decoction group was 90.7% ,while that in the controlled group was 83.6%（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that decoction of the improved Jichuan prescription can notably improve the symptoms of STC.
