摘  要:为了实现企业间制造资源的共享与优化配置,针对网络制造环境中复杂产品的制造任务,提出了协同制造链的概念.建立了整体运行成本与生产负荷最小化的多目标函数模型,分析了其时序约束条件;应用非支配排序遗传算法对多目标优化模型进行求解,获得了Pareto最优解集;应用TOPSIS方法在Pareto最优解集中选择最优解.仿真计算结果表明,提出的模型和算法能够获得满意的解.In order to realize the sharing and the deployment optimization of manufacturing resources, the concept of collaborative manufacturing chain (CMC) was proposed for the manufacturing of complex products in networked manufacturing environment. A multi-objective optimization model was developed to minimize the comprehensive cost and the whole production load, and the constraint of time-sequence was analyzed. Non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) was applied to solve the optimization functions. The optimal solution set of Pareto was obtained. TOPSIS approach was then used to select the optimal solution from the optimal solution set of Pareto. The simulation results indicate that the proposed model and algorithm are able to obtain satisfactory solutions.
