摘　　要：和谐社会建设导入高等教育领域,就是使高等院校在教学工作与教学管理工作达到和谐状态,从而开创高等教育新局面。因此,本文首先论述了高等教育与和谐社会建设的关系,然后系统地分析了教学和谐人本化与管理和谐人性化,旨在给予高等教育工作者一些启迪。When applied to the field of higher education, the theory of construction of harmonious society refers to harmony between teaching administration and teaching in the institutions of higher learning. This paper tries to discuss the relationship between higher education and the theory of construction of harmonious society , and then makes a systematic analysis on the humanism in teaching and human-orientation in teaching administration.
