摘 要:目的:观察旋转恒定磁场对大鼠血清中铁代谢相关蛋白的影响,为深入认识磁场的多方面生物学效应提供依据。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为对照组和曝磁组。后者在磁场强度是0.4T、频率为8.97Hz的环境中每天曝磁1次,每次2h,连续处理30d后处死分组大鼠,获得血清,冻存后测定血清中铜蓝蛋白活力和总抗氧化能力、铁蛋白和乳铁蛋白含量等指标。结果:曝磁组大鼠血清中铜蓝蛋白活力与对照组大鼠相比没有显著性变化;总抗氧化能力有了显著性的提高(P<0.05);铁蛋白含量有显著性的降低(P<0.05);乳铁蛋白含量有显著性的降低(P<0.01)。结论:磁场对大鼠血清中铁代谢的部分相关蛋白存在影响。Objective: To observe the effects of rotating and stationary magnetic fields (RSMF) on serum iron metabolism-related proteins in rats,and provide bases for understanding the biological effects of magnetic field. Methods: The SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group and RSMF-treated group. The latter was exposed to RSMF for 2 hours each time,once a day during 30 consecutive days (magnetic intensity: 0.4 T; frequency: 8.97Hz). The rats were killed after 30 days, and the blood of the rats was collected, frozen and saved. The activity of Ceruloplasmin (Cp), totalantioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and the content of Ferritin content,and Lactoferrin (LF) were detected. Results: There was no obvious change of Cp activity between RSMF group and control group. T-AOC in RSMF group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The content of ferritin decreased much in RSMFgroup (P〈0. 05) and the content of LF also decreased significantly in RSMF group (P〈0.01). Conclusions: The RSMF has effect to some kinds of serum iron metabolism-related proteins in rats.
