华西法单侧唇裂修复术式的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨华西法单侧唇裂修复术式的临床效果。方法应用华西法单侧唇裂修复术式的设计和方法,对49例单侧唇裂患儿行唇裂修复术并同时行前鼻孔成形术。术后7d进行效果评价。结果49例患儿除2例近鼻底处皮瓣部分坏死外,余47例患儿的切口均为一期愈合。49例患儿术后均取得了满意的动态和静态效果,鼻畸形得到了明显改善。结论华西法单侧唇裂修复术式设计简单,手术效果良好,是一种可靠的单侧唇裂修复术式。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Huaxi unilateral cleft lip repair. Methods Huaxi unilateral cleft lip repair was applied for the repair of unilateral cleft lip in 49 cases. The operations were conduced according to the designs and the secondary nasal deformities were corrected at the same time. The effects were evaluated one week after operation. Results Skin flaps near the floor of nose were necrosis partly in 2 cases. 47 cases showed wound healing well. In dynamic and static state, the effects of the operations were satisfactory. Conclusion The Huaxi unilateral cleft lip repair is feasible for unilateral cleft lip repair.
