卓美流动聚合体和光固化窝沟封闭剂3年临床效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估卓美流动聚合体作为窝沟封闭剂的临床疗效和应用价值。方法选择360例6～10岁患儿的720颗上下颌第一恒磨牙,用卓美流动聚合体行窝沟封闭,采用可见光固化窝沟封闭剂作自身对照。结果随访3年后,卓美流动聚合体的涂膜保留率较可见光固化剂高(P<0.01)。龋病患病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卓美流动聚合体是一种可靠的窝沟封闭剂,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of light cure Beautifil flowable （LCBF） in molar occlusal pit and fissure. Methods 720 the first up and down permanent molars in 360 patients aged from 6-10 years were treated with LCBF in occlusal pit and fissure. The opposite permanent teeth were treated with light cure pit and fissure sealant LCFS as the controls. The patients were followed up for 3 years. Results The remain rate （%） of LCBF sealant after 1, 2 and 3 years was 93.86%, 84.58% and 79.72% respectively. It was higher than that of LCFS （P〈0.01）. The incidence rate （%） of caries in LCBF treated teeth was 0, 0.15% and 0.87%, and lower than that of the controls （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Beautifil flowable can be used as pit and fissure sealant to prevent caries.
