奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期贲门癌46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶对晚期贲门癌初治患者的疗效和不良反应。方法:全组46例患者,应用奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶(奥沙利铂:200mg/m2,d1;LV200mg,d2-6;5-Fu500mg/m2,d2-6)治疗,21天重复,至少完成3-4个周期。结果:总有效率47.8%(22/46),其中完全缓解3例,部分缓解19例,稳定13例,进展11例。主要不良反应为感觉神经毒性、骨髓抑制、静脉炎等。结论:奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶对晚期贲门癌初治患者疗效好,不良反应可耐受,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the efficacy and toxicity of oxaliplatin combined with leucovorin/5 -fluorouracil for advanced gastric cardial carcinoma. Methods： Forty six patients were treated by L - OHP 200mg/m^2, LV 200mg/m^2, qd for 5 days, 5 - Fu 500mg/m^2 qd for 5 days, repeated every 3 weeks. All patients received at least three -four cycles of the treatment. Results： The total response rate was 47.8%. The major toxicity included nerve toxicity,neutropenia, phlebophlogosis. Conclusion： Oxaliplatin combined with leucovorin/5 - fluorouraeil for treatment of advanced gastric cardial carcinoma had moderate activity and comparatively mild toxicity.
