阴道镜在TCT阳性患者中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道镜检查在超薄液基细胞学(TCT)阳性患者中的诊断价值。方法:对114例细胞学阳性患者行阴道镜检查,并行宫颈活检确诊,结果与TCT阴性组对照。结果:TCT阳性组阴道镜检查的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为98.04%、33.33%、92.59%、66.67%,TCT阴性组为83.33%、87.88%、83.33%、87.88%,无统计学差异。结论:阴道镜在TCT阳性组有较高的灵敏度和阳性预测值,但特异性差,在TCT阴性组中有较高的特异性和阴性预测值。阴道镜检查适宜在临床广泛应用。Objective：To explore the significance of colposcopy in the Thin prep cytologic test （TCT）infection. Methods：Colposcopy was performed on 114 women with TCT infection and uninfection, and biopsy demonstrated the lesion. Results ：The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value were 98. 04 %, 33.33%, 92.59% ,66.67% respectively in the group infection,the other group were 83.33% ,87.88% ,83.33% ,87.88% respectively. The difference was not significant. Conclusion：The sensitivity and positive predictive value were higher in the infection group, the specificity was lower. In the other hand, specificity and negative predictive value were higher in the group uninfection.
