放射联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察唑来膦酸配合局部放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛临床疗效。方法:对确诊为恶性肿瘤骨转35例患者予局部放疗,同时应用唑来膦酸治疗。结果:总有效率为88.6%,显效28例,无效4例。结论:用唑来膦酸配合局部放疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移引起的疼痛有良好疗效,毒副作用轻,患者容易耐受。Objective：To observe the effects of external raditation and zoledronic acid in therapy of metastatic cancer bone pain. Methods：Thirty five patients with metastatic bone tumor were treated with zoledronic acid and local radiotherapy. Results ：The total efficacy rate was 88.6%, obvious effect 28 cases, no change 4 cases. Conclusion： Combined therapy of external raditation and zoledronic acid in patients with bone metastases pain was comprehensive and effective. The side - effect was tolerate.
