复发性阿弗它溃疡患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性的测定

摘　　要：应用Reinila制膜法检测34例溃疡期RAU患者和30名正常人的红细胞膜N_a^+、K^+—ATP酶和Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)—ATP酶活性。结果表明RAU患者红细胞膜Na^+、K^+—ATP酶和Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)—ATP酶活性均明显降低,与正常对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示红细胞膜AIP酶活性变化与RAU的病变过程相关。Na+K+-ATPase and Ca Mg - ATPase in erythrocyts membrane were detected by Reinila' s method from 34 patients with Recurrent Aphthous Ulceration(RAU) and 30 healthy controls. The average value of Na+K+-ATPase of patients (RAU) was 0. 154 ±0. 034 μmol pi/mg hr. and Ca2+ ,Mg2+ -ATPase was 0. 342±0. 091/μmol Pi/mg hr. The average value of controls was 0. 212±0. 038μmol Pi/mg hr and 0. 721±0. 187μmol Pi/mg hr. The average value of ATPase from patients was significantly lower than that from controls. There was significant difference between them(P <0. 01). The results suggested that there were highly significant relations between ATPase activity and the pathological change of RAU.
