中国大型承包商规模经济和范围经济的实证研究

摘　　要：在对我国大型承包商规模经济和范围经济现状进行分析的基础上,本文采用广义超越对数成本函数对我国25家上市大型承包商2003～2007年的经营状况进行了实证分析,估计了大型承包商的规模经济系数和范围经济系数。研究结果表明:我国上市大型承包商中同时存在规模不经济和范围不经济,其中规模不经济的企业较少,而范围不经济的企业则较多。企业规模越大,则规模不经济现象越明显;而范围经济状况与企业的规模之间没有明显关系。By analyzing the conditions of the economies of scale and scope, this paper empirically analyzes the operation conditions of Chinese 25 large contractors in stock in 2003--2007 by using the generalized translog cost function and gets the indexes of economies of scale and scope. The results suggest that there widely exists the phenomenon of diseconomies of scale and scope, and the contractors with the diseconomies of scale are less than that with diseconomies of scope. The larger the size of the contractors, the more obvious the phenomenon of diseconomies of scale while there are no obvious relationship between economies of scope and the size of contractors.
