摘　　要：目的探讨使用旋转镍钛锉进行根管治疗时的安全次数,明确护士在根管治疗时对镍钛锉的使用次数进行记录的重要性。方法选用PorTaper和FlexMaster镍钛锉对200颗离体牙进行根管预备。结果无论是ProIaper系统还是FlexMaster系统的镍钛锉,最少使用14次后发生折断,最多使用20次。不同的镍钛锉在正常情况下有95%的可能在使用15-18次时发生折断。结论每种镍钛锉正常情况下使用最好不超过14次。Objective To measure the useful life of rotary nickel titanium hand files for root canal preparation before fractured,and to define the importance of recording the times of use. Methods A total of 200 extracted human teeth were divided into two groups to simulate root canal preparation using niti files of ProTaper and FlexMaster. Each file was used until fractured. Results Either ProTaper or FlexMaster files fractured after being used at least 14 times and at most 20 times. There was 95% possibility of fracture when the files had been used 15-18 times. Conclusion Usually it is safe to use the files under 14 times.
