摘  要:目的探讨筛查早期诊断原发性闭角型青光眼的解剖异常及其量化指标。 方法使用A超对青光眼患者30例(59眼)、正常45岁以上的中老年人27例(54眼)、30至45岁正常成年人30例(60眼)的眼球解剖结构作系统测量(包括眼轴长度、前房深度、晶体厚度),同时计算相对晶体位置及晶状体厚度/眼轴长度系数,对各项均值进行对比分析(t检验)。 结果原发性闭角型青光眼与两对照组相比,存在前房浅、晶状体厚、相对晶状体位置前移及晶状体厚度/眼轴长度系数增大等解剖结构异常,当晶状体厚度大于4.43mm,晶体相对位置数值介于0.195-0.197mm之间时,存在发生闭角型青光眼的趋势。 结论在原发性闭角型青光眼眼球解剖结构异常的诸要素中,前房深度、晶体相对位置和晶状体厚度/眼轴长度系数等参数对该病的早期诊断及预防有一定的临床价值。Objective To study the screening of the abnor-anatomic structure and the quantization in early diagnosis the precaution primary angle-closure glaucoma (PCAG) . Methods Anatomical structures including the axial length (AL), lens thickness (LT) and anterior chamber depth (ACD), were measured in 59 eyes of 30 patients with PCAG and 54 eyes of 27 normal controls aged above 45 years old and 60 eyes of 30 normal controls aged between 30 to 45 years old using ultrasonic scanning machine. The relative location of lens (RLL) and LT/AL ratio were also calculated. All average values were analyzed by using t-test. Results Conpared with two normal groups the PCAG had a shallower ACD, thicker LT, more forward RLL and bigger LT/AL ratio factor. There had the tendency of PCAG invasion when the lens thicked than 4.43 mm and the RLL between 0. 195-0. 197. Conclusions Compared the facts of all the abnor-anatomic structures in PCAG the ACD, RLL,and LT/AL ratio can be an indicator in clinical practice for ealier PCAG diagnosis.
