超声误诊为子宫肌瘤的常见和不常见疾病

摘　　要：目的分析超声诊断子宫肌瘤的准确性及常见和不常见超声误诊为子宫肌瘤的疾病及原因。 方法回顾性分析2580例术前超声诊断为子宫肌瘤的病例，术后对比其超声与病理结果。 结果超声诊断子宫肌瘤符合率为96．4％，常见被误诊的疾病为子宫腺肌瘤和卵巢纤维瘤，其它不常见的疾病为静脉内平滑肌瘤病、子宫肉瘤、子宫肌层囊肿、输卵管间质部妊娠和残角子宫等。 结论子宫肌瘤超声图像的特点明显，但在某些情况下容易与其它疾病混淆，操作过程中注意病史询问及细节观察是避免误诊的主要措施。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy uncommon diseases misdiagnosed by ultrasonic study. Methods of uterine leiomyoma and 2580 cases diagnosed as compared their pathologic results with their ultrasonic impressions retrospectively. Results analyze the common and uterine leiomyoma were The diagnostic accuracy of leiomyoma was 96.4%. The common diseases misdiagnosed as leiomyoma were uterine adenoma and ovarian fibroma. The uncommon diseases misdiagnosed as leiomyoma were intravascular leiomyoma, uterine sarcoma, intramural cysts, tubule interstitial pregnancy and rudimental uterine. Conclusions Uterine leimyoma has its own typical ultrasonic characters; sometimes it will be confused by other diseases which have the same image showings. Thus the collection of the history of patients and carefully observation of ultrasonic images are needed.
