高频彩色多普勒超声对腘窝囊肿的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的总结腘窝囊肿的声像图特征，探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对此类疾病的诊断价值。 方法分析总结了121例经穿刺、手术及病理证实的腘窝囊肿的二维及彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）特征。 结果121例腘窝囊肿中，最小约2．1cm×1．4cm，最大约9．3cm×4．5cm。20例腘窝囊肿穿刺抽出黄色黏稠液体3～7ml，未施行手术。101例均经手术及病理证实的胭窝滑液囊肿，其中4例腘窝囊肿合并出血，58例手术证实囊肿与关节腔相通。 结论高频彩色多普勒超声对腘窝囊肿的诊断及鉴别诊断有很大价值，可为I临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的信息。Objective To summarize the acoustic image feature of popliteal fossa cyct and explore the diagnosic value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound for these diseases. Methods 121 cases two-dimensional and color Doppler blood flow development （CDFI） feature of popliteal fossa cyct proved with the puncture, operation pathology were analysed and summarized. Results The minimum is approximately 2.1 cm × 1.4 cm and the maximum is approximately 9.3 cm × 4.5 cm in 121 cases popliteal fossa cyct. 20 cases popliteal fossa cyct were punctured and pumping the yellow mucus 3- 7 ml and they execute not the operation. 4 cases popliteal fossa cyet complicate the bleeding and 58 cases cycts are linked together with the articular cavity. Conclusions The high frequency color Doppler ultrasound has larger value for the diagnosis and the discriminative diagnosis of the popliteal fossa cyct and may provide the credible communication for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
