摘　　要：本文在阐述网站易访问性和各类弱势群体的关系,以及网站易访问性的重要性之后,提出了网站易访问性设计理念——通用设计理念,以及在网站设计中应当遵循的4个基本原则。最后,提供了网站设计中网站易访问性的设计模型和基本设计方法。从网站易访问性设计的理念、原则和模型等方面努力提升网站易访问性水平。After expatiating the relationship between Website accessibility and various types of disadvantaged group, and the importance of Website accessibility, this article puts forward the concept of Website accessibility design firstly, that is, universal design, and then proposes 4 basic principles that should be followed in Website design. Finally, the article gives a model for Website accessibility design and some basic design method. The Website accessibility level may be improved through the efforts from these aspects.
