摘　　要：文章从校园文化氛围的角度,论述了公安民警进入公安高校接受专业继续教育存在的矛盾冲突与目标一致性相容问题,剖析公安成人特质,相适应地发展校园文化,是作好管理教育,提高育人质量的重要保证。This article from the perspective of the campus culture, discusses the conflicts and the goal consistency compatibility problems of the police officers＇s entering colleges and universities to receive continued professional education, analyzes the characteristics of the adult public security. Adaptively developing the campus culture is an important guarantee to do well in management education and to improve the quality of education.
