摘　　要：在做需求分析时,敏捷与传统方法的差异体现在分析时机、划分单位、细化过程、文档要求和应对变更五个方面。The Agile way of requirement analysis is different from the traditional way.Basically there are 5 different aspects including the time of analysis,partition unit, detailed procedure,documentation requirement and response to change.
