摘  要:本文对6种住肉孢子虫包囊可溶性蛋白的抗原特性进行了研究。应用SDS-PAGE分别从包囊提取物中分离出23~33条蛋白区带,分子量为14.5~100KD。以梭形住肉孢子虫包囊抗原免疫兔血清和黄牛、水牛、绵羊、山羊和猪住肉孢子虫阳性血清对梭形住肉孢子虫和巨型住肉孢子虫分离蛋白作免疫印迹试验(Westernbloting),显示100KD和90KD蛋白带可被同源和异源动物血清所识别,此外,梭形住肉孢子虫包囊的80、17.5KD和巨型住肉孢子虫包囊的67、60、50和17.5KD蛋白除被同源血清识别外,亦可被部分异源血清识别。而梭形住肉孢子虫72和53KD蛋白带、巨型住肉孢子虫的43和30KD蛋白带只被同源抗血清所识别,可能具有种特异性。用ELISA试验进一步证明包囊可溶性蛋白与异源血清抗体之间普遍存在强烈的交叉反应。his paper studies on antigenic characteristics of soluble proteins extracted from 6 Sarcocystis species(S.cruzi S.fusiformis S.tenella S.gigantea S.capracanis and S.mescheriana)cysts.23,33,27,29,28 and 25 protein bands,ranging from 14.5 to 100KD,were separated from these antigens by SDSPAGE.Western blots of the respectively seperated proteins bands from Sarcocystis fusiformis and Sarcocystis gigantea were performed by using antisera against S.fusiformis and the positive sera from infected cattle,buffalo sheep,goats and pigs.Protein bands of 100KD and 90KD of S.fusiformis and S.gigantea were detected consistently by sera from homologous and heterologous hosts,80KD and 17.5KD bands from S.fusiformis cyst and 67KD,60KD,50KD and 17.5KD bands from S.gigantea cyst were also detected by the portion of heterologous sera besides homologous sera.While 72 and 53KD bands of S.fusiformis,and 43 and 30KD bands of S.gigantea were recognized by only homologous serum.These proteins might be speciesspecific antigens.High degree of cross reactions were found between a soluble protein extract from different Sarcocystis species and heterologous positiveserum in an enzymelinked immunos orbent assay.
