定位导向模板结合CT图像在牙种植外科的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨种植手术模板结合CT图像在种植体植入的位置及方向上的定位及导向作用。方法:制作透明塑料模板,在拟种植位点钻孔,填入放射显影的牙胶尖,并戴入患者口内。然后行颌骨螺旋CT扫描,将获得的数据进行多平面图像重建,以了解种植体的位置和方向的准确性。结果:应用本法治疗40例部分牙缺失患者,植入86颗种植体,均达到了满意的修复效果。结论:定位导向模板结合CT图像使植入的种植体能准确达到术前的预定位置,有利于提高种植义齿修复的质量。Objective： To evaluate the effect of the application of surgical templates combined with CT scanning in dental implants. Methods： A transparent and plastic template was made, and a hole located in the position of implantation was drilled in the template. Then we filled the hole with radio-opaque gutta , and put the template in a patient＇s mouth. A scanning of spiral computed tomography was applied to examine the jaws.The data of CT scanning was processed by multiplanar reconstruction software to show the location and direction of dental implants. Results：86 fixtures of 40 patients who were treated with this method received satisfied results.Conclusion： The surgical templates combined with the CT scanning can exactly guide the direction of drilling hole at operation ,and improve the successful rate of dental implantation.
