摘 要:作者选用经多年筛选抗感程度较稳定的10个小麦品种,于小麦拔节期对其旗叶中17种游离氨基酸的含量进行全面测定。应用主成分分析方法研究了多种游离氨基酸中影响品种抗蚜性的主要氨基酸种类,并对游离氨基酸含量与小麦品种抗蚜性的关系进行了探讨。研究结果显示,亮氨酸(Leu.)、异亮氨酸(Ileu.)、缬氨酸(Val.)、蛋氨酸(Met.)、脯氨酸(Pro.)、苯丙氨酸(Phe.)、谷氨酸(Glu.)和丙氨酸(Ala.)这8种游离氨基酸基本可以代表上述10个抗感性不同的小麦品种间全部17种游离氨基酸的差异,为品种氨基酸的主成分。谷氨酸(Glu.)、丙氨酸(Ala.)、赖氨酸(Lys.)、天冬氨酸(Asp.)的含量与r_m呈正相关;而亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、脯氨酸、缬氨酸的含量与r_m呈负相关。The wheat varieties that had been showed steadily resistant were used. This study was proceeded in jointing stage to determine the contents of 17 amino acids in wheat varieties flag leaves. Furthermore,the special amino acids that had major influence on the resistance to the aphid were obtained by statistical analysis. The relations between the special amino acids and the resistance of wheat varieties were studied as well. The results showed that amino acid Leu. ,Ileu. ,Val. , Met. ,Pro. ,Phe. ,Glu. and Ala. were the major contents among 17 amino acids. The higher the quartity of amino acid Glu. ,Ala. ,Lys. and Asp. in wheat varieties flag leaves,the larger the innate capacity rate of increase(rm) ;but the higher of amino acid Leu. ,Ileu. ,Pro. and Val. in wheat varieties flag leaves,the less the innate capacity rate of increase(rm).
