摘  要:[目的]为了完善优质苹果梨生产技术。[方法]以苹果梨为试材,探讨了不同栽培措施对果实品质的影响。[结果]套袋后,果实中可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量有所降低,还原糖、糖酸比显著降低。果实可滴定酸、Vc含量显著高于对照。果实平均单果重有降低的趋势。着色指数提高1倍。而增糖剂可提高果实的可溶性固形物含量、含糖量、糖酸比及果实大小。[结论]套袋、增糖剂结合处理可明显改善果实外观及内在品质。最佳处理为比大其梨膨大素结合套袋处理。[Objective] The research aimed to perfect the technique of producing high quality apple-pear.[Method] The effect of different planting measures on fruit quality was studied using apple-pear as material.[Result] The content of soluble solid,soluble sugar in fruits decreased and reducing sugar,soluble sugar-acid ratio significantly decreased through bagging.The titratable acid and Vc content were significantly higher than those of the control.The average weight per fruit decreased.The coloring index was twice more than that before bagging treatment.And the sugar increasing substance were applied to increase the contents of solubl solids,sugar,acid,sugar-acid ratio and fruit's size.[Conclusion]Sugar increasing substance and bagging treatment could significantly improve the outside quality and inside quality of fruits of apple-pear.The best one was sugar increasing substance of ‘bidaqi' and bagging treatment.
