摘　　要：Kirkman holey covering designs (KHCD)are a class of important designs which can be used to cryptography. So the existence of KHCD has attracted many researchers'attention(see[1,2,3] for example).Kirkman holey covering designs （KHCD）are a class of important designs which can be used to cryptography. So the existence of KHCD has attracted many researchers ＇attention（see[1,2,3] for example）. To solve the problem,we need the concept of an incomplete Kirkman holey covering design （IKHCD）.But it is known that some IKHCDs are very difficult to construct.
