摘　　要：当前,大学已从精英教育向大众教育转化,开展大学生学业生涯规划指导,帮助大学生增强主体意识,明确目标,培养多种能力,把所学的知识运用到实践中,结合社会需要开拓美好前程具有较强的现实意义。大学生学业生涯规划为确立整个大学间的学业目标,为成功实现就业或开辟事业打好基础。良好的学业生涯规划不仅能使学生尽快成才,而且可以提高学生的能力,促进学生的全面发展与提高。At present, from the University of elite education to transform public education, college students in academic career planning guidance to help students enhance the awareness of the main, clear goals and cultivate a variety of capacities,to learn the knowledge and apply it in practice, the combination of social need to develop a better future. More practical significance. Students academic career planning for the establishment of the inter-university academic objectives for the sueeessful implementation of employment or the cause of opening up to lay a solid foundation. Good academic career planning not only enable students to become, but can also improve their ability to promote the overall development of students and improve.
