摘　　要：主要介绍了发动机可靠性的国内外研究概况,阐述了可靠性研究的重要性。详细介绍了交变负荷循环,冷热冲击和深度冷热冲击的试验方法,通过已进行过的试验和试验中暴露的问题,分析了不同试验方法的试验目的和考核对象,提出了可靠性增长试验的概念,为有效提高和保证发动机可靠性拓展了方向。This paper mainly introduces the summary of engine reliability both abroad and at home and expounds its importance. It introduces in detail the test methods in alternating load cycle, cold and heat impulsion and deep cold and heat impulsion. The goal and objection in different test methods are analyzed by means of tests and problems in tests. The idea of test increased reliably is suggested to improve effectively and ensure the reliability of engine.
