摘　　要：Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ系统正成为操作平台的主流。本文以通用的ＶｉｓｕａｌＢａｓｉｃ为开发工具，提出了在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ系统中控制计算机硬件端口的解决方法。应用Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ编程语言定制可以被ＶＢ调用的动态链接库ＰＯＲＴＳ．ＤＬＬ，编制出通用的微机Ｉ／Ｏ端口的控制软件，可应用于仪器的测控及信号处理等领域。Windows system is becoming the main stream of operation platform. By using Visual Basic as developing tools,a method of controlling computer ports in windows is put forward by making use of Delphi to build a dynamic link library:Ports.DLL,which can be transferred by VB,and a general purpose software to control I/O ports is developed,which can be applied in the field of instrument measuring and controlling or signal processing.
