摘 要:目的研究海藻提取物对正常大鼠和糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。方法选用链脲霉素糖尿病大鼠为模型,观察海藻提取物对糖尿病模型大鼠的空腹血糖、糖耐量、体重、摄食量、饮水量、尿量和糖化血红蛋白的影响。结果海藻提取物能降低糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖;能改善糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量;对糖尿病大鼠体重的降低有一定的改善作用;对糖尿病大鼠的摄食量、饮水量和尿量的增加有一定降低作用;提高剂组的糖化血红蛋白给药后28d与模型组比较有显著性差异。结论海藻提取物能有效地缓解链脲霉素诱发的糖尿病大鼠的高血糖症状。OBJECTIVE In this study, we investigated the possible antidiabetic effect from the extract of Marine algae in diabetic rats. METHODS Male Sprague -Dawley rats (180 -220 g) were given with streptozotocin (STZ, 60 mg·kg-1) intraperitoneally to induce experimental diabetes. Experimental animals were treated by oral administration of extract ( 1.2,0.6, 0.3 g· kg-1 body weight) and mefformin (500 mg· kg-1 : reference drug) for comparison during 28 days. RESULTS The extract of Marine algae signif- icantly reduced fasting blood glucose, decreased glycosylated hemoglobin (GHb) in diabetic rats. The extract also prevented body weight loss in diabetic rats and decreased the increasing of the food intake, water intake and urine volume in diabetic rats. Seven days after diabetes induction, an oral glucose tolerance test (OGTY) was also performed in experimental diabetic and normal rats. The re- suits showed a significant improvement in glucose tolerance in rats treated with extract of Marine algae. CONCLUSION The extract of Maine algae may improve glucose homeostasis in STZ - induced diabetes.
