摘　　要：目的改进2-三氟甲基噻吨-9-酮的合成工艺。方法以邻氨基苯甲酸为原料,经重氮化、还原、偶合和环合四步反应制备2-三氟甲基噻吨-9-酮。结果与结论通过改进合成2-三氟甲基噻吨-9-酮的投料方法和后处理方法,使反应产率由36.8%提高到48%。OBJECTIVE To improve the process of the synthesis of 2 - trifluoromethyl - 9 - thioxanthone. METHODS 2 - Triflu- oromethyl - 9 - thioxanthone was prepared from anthranilic acid as the starting material, followed by diazotization, reduction, conjuga- tion, cyclization in 4 steps totally. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The proportion of the ingredients and the method of the post- processing had been improved in the process of synthesis of the target compound, with the increased yield from 36.8% to 48%.
